Hey everyone! I just wanted to give you a quick life update because guess what day it is! Yes… It’s February 9, but it’s also.. **drum roll** MY BIRTHDAY!!!! I’m officially another year older, but more importantly, another year wiser.

I’m incredibly thankful to have such an amazing family, incredible friends, and being able to do what I love most! As I look back on the life I’ve lived so far, I can’t help but think of all the choices I’ve made that have led me to this exact moment. To look back at those choices and see how they’ve impacted me, and more importantly, what I’ve learned from them.

I’m a creative entrepreneurial at heart and every decision I’ve made has been with a passion to help others and to create something special for them. Twenty years ago I opened my first furnishings and interiors store. I wanted to create a relaxing setting for my customers so I made sure to incorporate a coffee house. That way everyone that came into my new store would know they could take their time and enjoy a nice cup of coffee while they shopped. To me, it has always been about the experience and the opportunity to share.

Fast-forward 20 years, I’ve now built a company that offers fabrics and furnishings that you wouldn’t be able to find in the market place. My workroom allows me to dream and create the most incredible designs that are uniquely perfect for my clients, designing any and all things custom. Custom florals, custom art, incredible custom furnishings, accessories and so much more!

For me, it has always been about giving my clients the most amazing design selections while offering incredible customer service so that they would love the entire process and have their design dream come true.

This past year was filled with so many exciting new changes! I’m taking my design business into the direction I’ve always dreamed of. It can be hard taking on a lot of clients at once. I want to make sure that every design I come up with is not only a collaboration between myself and my client but also something that’s very unique. During the past 20 years, I’ve curated a design process and I want to share this process with all of you so that you aren’t necessarily going in blind when you decide you want to design your own space.

Another venture of mine is fashion! I’ve discussed with you the different elements of design, and I have created the most amazing article of clothing that I can’t wait to reveal to you in the upcoming months!

All of my ventures are surrounded around creativity and the love for design but even though I have a lot of dreams it takes an enormous amount of work to bring them to fruition. So to sum it up, I’ve learned that if you have a passion for something, don’t doubt yourself, go out there and make those dreams a reality. Nothing in life is perfect, the road to success might be bumpy, but as long as you have faith in God, faith in yourself and faith in what you’re doing, there’s absolutely nothing out there that can stop you from achieving your goals!

I’m incredibly thankful to have such an amazing family, incredible friends, and being able to do what I love most… interior design! And as I look back on the life I’ve lived so far, I can’t help but think of all the important choices I’ve made that have led me to this exact moment. To look back at those choices and not only see how they’ve impacted me but what I learned from them. Live and Learn
